Fly into Sayak Airport via Cebu or Manila, and the last stretch runs about 29 km south through the coconut palm road into General Luna. Tell us your flight and the concierge arranges a car to meet you, until the garden, the pool and the rooftop lounge come into view.

- Where exactly are you on Siargao?
- In General Luna, the heart of the island, less than a kilometre from General Luna Beach and a short ride from the Cloud 9 surf. Guyam Island lies 1.8 km offshore and Naked Island around 12 km out.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
- Yes, through the concierge. Sayak Airport (IAO) is about 29 km north; share your flight when you book and we arrange a car to meet you.
- How do guests get around?
- Bicycle rental and free parking are both on site, so it is easy to roll into General Luna or load the car for a day out. The concierge can also help with rides to Cloud 9 and the island-hopping boats.
- Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
- Every room has its own private bathroom and is air-conditioned, with a wardrobe and fresh linen and towels. Some rooms add a private balcony over the garden, and there are family rooms for the whole crew.
- Is there a pool and a rooftop lounge?
- Yes. An outdoor swimming pool ringed by palms sits in the garden, and a rooftop lounge catches the sunset, alongside a terrace and the open-air restaurant and bar.
- Is there WiFi?
- Free WiFi reaches the rooms and the open-air restaurant, so you and the family stay connected through your stay.
- What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or leave late.
- Is the resort family-friendly?
- Ohana means family, and the resort is built around that. There are family rooms with room for everyone, an easy pool, a garden to play in and a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. The resort is non-smoking throughout.
